We have already implemented procedures designed to protect our customers and employees and to help ensure the highest level of service.
We have enhanced our already comprehensive equipment cleaning and sanitization processes, and continued emphasis on proper personal hygiene, including more frequent handwashing and the proper use of hand sanitizer, gloves, boot covers, and masks. We have also distributed cleaning supplies which have been EPA-certified to kill the COVID-19 virus, with instructions to clean commonly touched surfaces, including bathrooms, countertops, thermostats before and after servicing. In addition, we have implemented “by appointment only” policy for all visitors to our office, including vendors.
We are also working closely with medical professionals and health agencies to provide up-to-date, accurate information from reliable sources to our employees. Timely communications educate our employees about the best ways to avoid becoming ill, what to do if they suspect they might be ill, and how to properly communicate with customers, colleagues and company leadership any concerns.
