Andrew was by far the most professional, thorough and friendly service provider I have dealt with since I bought my home in 2005. He explained everything that he was doing to me and why he was doing someone a certain way rather than another. He treated me, as a woman, with the respect and brains that should be required of all service providers but seems to be lacking. Women! Call AP Plumbing if you want to be treated with respect.

CALLED AT NOON WITH AN EMERGENCY. PROMPTLY SHOWED UP WITHIN THE HOUR AND WAS HERE LESS THAN AN HOUR. VERY EFFICIENT.

The service was very quickly deployed. I called on a Monday morning. The woman who answered the phone was pleasant and told me their planner Jason would call me back within an hour or two I think. Regardless he called back in 20 min and while I was still on the phone he had already dispatched a truck. They also addressed my issue that I had called the plumber I planned to call. Turns out it wasn't the same other on from Angie's list but they were considerate enough to ask me if I was certain I wanted AP. Seeing as the service was on the way already and they had come recommended by a heating \ cooling friend and I heard they were great and right around the corner I said YES

I have a full house with many people living in here whom abuse the sinks faucets in this house. Especially with a two year old whom loves water. I had to have the faucet replaced AGIAN, 3rd time in two years. Merritt and Jordan came out to my house to replace our faucet, gave us a great deal for an expensive faucet which has a lifetime warranty. I was not thrilled to pay as much as I did but IT WAS WORTH IT! Lifetime guarantee with a plumbing team whom came thru and cleaned up thier mess, and worked fast! What took my ex 4hrs to do before took the 4mins! Plus they did not only good quality work but in a timely manner. Not to mention I have a 2year old daughter whom loves to talk plus a step father with ahltimerz and slight dementia whom has more stories than mother goose from what he thinks is amazing stories yet it's the same ones just repeating. Merritt and Jordan did not seem to be bothered by the constant chatter, it did not phase them, they shared stories and played like they were so so interested in what my daughter had to tell them. Then when teaching us how to use the new faucet, they didn't speak to us like children thinking we're dumb not knowing already how to use it. They were patient and cool calm and collected. They were amazing and if you are to have any plumbing done in your house USE MERRITT AND JORDAN! Amazingly nice guys and nice to look at too! Easy on the eyes, yes I was hitting on Jordan! I'm horrible! If I ever need anything done in my house that is plumbing related.... I'm calling Merritt and Jordan again! People say kids have great judgement in character in people and my daughter is shy and will never go near new people yet she ran right up to them and stayed near them the entire time they were here! That says a lot! 

Lynette, Frank and James just finished a complete remodel of my Kitchen. Like they did when they did my bathroom they went above and beyond the call of duty. I would highly recommend them for any home improvement project. A+ Job!

We had a backed up main line and I was able to get an appt the same morning I called. The men who came were so friendly and did an excellent fantastic thorough job and didn't quit till my pipe line was free of rocks, bumps and roots. I recommend them to everyone. Thank u again guys!!!!!!!

I am a property manager of a condominium complex. Hot water tank went that serves 18 condos. Within one hour crew was there getting old hot water tank out. A new one was in within six hours and we were online again thanks guys. 90 gallon tank 950 pounds with no water in it these guys were like on a mission they were like seal team six.

We are so happy with our new bathroom. Merritt was personable and professional when he began the process by installing a new toilet for us. Our positive experience with him encouraged us to ask Lynette to come by and propose a design for us.

I called AP Plumbing yesterday morning when I discovered the carpet in my newly finished basement was damp. I scheduled an appointment and the dispatcher called when technician was on the way so I was able to finish out the day at work. Don was terrific, he explained what needed to be done, provided the quote and warranty in writing and had the new sump pump installed in about an hour. While he was here I also had him fix a drip in my bathroom sink and the kitchen faucet sprayer. He was careful to not let my dog out when he went out to his van......much appreciated! They honored my online coupon, which saved me $40.00. Overall positive experience and I would use them again!

We ran into some issues with our basement plumbing. When we called AP Plumbing, they let us know that we might be able to use the plumbers from the town. When we called the town, they came right away and fixed everything for FREE! AP Plumbing saved us a lot of money by making us aware that our town could solve the problem (when they didn't have to.) We really appreciate the help!

The AP remodeling team (Lynette, Frank, & James) did an amazing job on our bathroom renovation. We love the design and they went above and beyond making accommodations during our construction and keeping us updated on progress. I'd recommend AP for any future remodeling project and wanted to thank the team again!

We LOVE our new shower!!! The first person we worked with was Lynette, she was so incredibly helpful with the whole process and saw it through beginning to end. We had tons of questions and she was so patient through all of them. Her knowledge of everything required for the project was impressive and we were confident that job would get done right (and it did). Once we went through selecting all of the tile (again, one of Lynette's strengths - she helped us match all of the different tiles so everything flowed together well) we met the guys that did the actual install. Frank and James did an amazing job!!! They were punctual and put in some long hours to get the job done. They were very courteous and respectful of our home. Even when I told them not to worry about the drop cloth in the foyer they insisted. They cleaned up every day (it took about a week for the install) and did a more thorough clean when they were finished. Lynette stopped by to check on the progress and to make sure we were happy (which we were). We asked them questions about some other projects we're contemplating and they were very helpful with information. I would HIGHLY recommend this amazing team!!!!! I have been using AP Plumbing for about 10 years now and would not use anyone else. They are always available and come as soon as necessary to get the job done. They do high quality work from small jobs like fixing a sink drain to larger jobs like replacing basement drainage pipes. I have two houses and have had them work in both and all the work has been done with high quality attention. While I often have the same plumber Wes do my work, I will say that all of the employees are very courteous and informative; they are always happy to answer any questions I have (and that is usually quite a lot). I recently renovated my kitchen and had Wes install new equipment and the care put into making it look flawless was most appreciated. I always recommend AP Plumbing to anyone asking for a plumber. They do great work!

I would highly recommend AP Plumbing. They did a full remodeling of my bathroom. They were very professional from beginning to end. I was very impressed with their attention to detail from beginning to the end of the project.

We have had some issues with our sump pump recently, and last night it decided to get all wonky on us - which is not good because we live near the river. I called AP Plumbing after hearing about them on the radio, and seeing the trucks around. The sump pump issue was fixed within 2 hours and we have a shiny brand new sump pump that was made in Bergen, and the PVC piping was all done just the way it needed to be done to prevent further issues. Everything is working great and I was able to sleep well not worrying about our basement. I highly recommend to anyone looking for work done on plumbing that's more involved than the average DIY project.

The other day, I had to call a plumber, so I called AP Plumbering, very pleased with their service and the Ted that came to my house. Very professional and very easy to talk to. The tech didn't talk down to me, made me feel stupid. Please thank, the tech, Bryant ( I think I spelled his name wrong). He was very nice and pleasant!

Byron G showed up when expected and was very diligent in his work. I had a kitchen sink backed up and he tried for over 4 hours to clear the drain and he finally deducted that the drain was frozen. I had to get a heater and after several hours, the problem was corrected. Byron was very polite and professional and I can't say enough about his work. Thanks again for helping me solve the problem. I would definately recommended them to my friends.

A P has been to our old city home twice (once in June 2013 and once today) - for two totally different issues.  On both occasions the plumber was professional, thorough, and got the job done quickly.  They were able to correctly diagnose the problem almost immediately, and to do the work for the price quoted.  They left my home without making a mess.  I wouldn't call anyone else for a plumbing problem at this point!  Highly recommend this business!

Our garbage disposal broke so we called AP plumbing and Bryon Georke was our technician. He was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. He not only fixed the disposal but educated us so that we do not have these problems again. I would highly recommend Bryon and AP plumbing for any of your plumbing needs.

I had work done on a leaky toilet drain system in October 2013. I noticed a small leak in the system beneath the toilet and contact AP. The sent out a technician who check over the system, added more lead to the lead ring and thoroughly tested the system. No leaks - and there was no charge since the repair was under warrenty six months later! You gotta love a company that honors its warrenty, takes pride in the work they do and provides great service too.

Called AP Plumbing late on a Saturday night to repair a broken sump pump pipe. Representative returned my call immediately and kept in touch with me until he secured a plumber and a time on Sunday afternoon. The plumber was Dan Kohler. He is very professional, skilled, and knowledgeable. Job was quoted in advance, and repairs were completed after a parts run was made. I am very satisfied with him and his work. AP Plumbing is one of the more expensive companies in this line of work, but you get what you pay for. They offer 24/7 service at the same rate regardless of time/day. The plumbers there are all very professional. I would use them again for any future plumbing needs.

Tech was very professional, courteous and did a great job . Solved my problem and gave me info on how to avoid it reoccurring. Best plumbing service that I have ever used in the past. Will call again if ever needed.

Called at 4 am they scheduled for 8am and came right on time!! Had Don and Justin here Don came First and Snaked the line for over two Hours and gave it his all... At which point he needed to bring in the Big Guns and got Justin over with the pressure truck. They gave me enough time to prepare the area for them and lay down plastic. After Justin showed up it was 10 minutes and we had the main sewer line flowing. They both scoped the line and found it not to be "as clean as they would like it" so they pressure washed the line again. Ran the scope down and found the cause of all this, a hole in the line and showed us where it was in the front yard.. Outstanding Communication, Prompt Don can think on his feet. Not afraid to get dirty. Cost was reasonable for the professional equipment they use. I was impressed!

We were very pleased with the quick response from Byron. He made helpful suggestions and fixed our problems quickly. He was very courteous and pleasant. He did a good job on the repairs and the price was reasonable. We would recommend him for future repairs and will tell our family and friends about him.

Have had Don and AP plumbing before this last job. All work has been done with professionalism and attention to detail. Don is very personable, knowledgeable and clean. We called AP Plumbing because we remembered the back door of the service vans and we liked how the tv commercial advertises, “always professional”. We were able to get service the same day and we were very happy to have our leaky faucet taken care of right away, and even a little sooner than our appointment. What can I say, who likes paying large bills? It's kind of like going to the dentist or paying for car repairs. But I would like to add that I know the price wasn't made up upon arrival at my house and I don't think that I paid more that what I should have because the service technician showed me his price list. With the competition that AP has in the area, I'm sure the price was competitive. I would like to pay Joe and Don a compliment. Joe did the original install and Don had to come back to make some minor adjustments (I don't think it was anything that Joe did wrong). Both technicians, I thought, were extremely professional, very thorough and did a clean job. They answered all my questions and didn't leave leave until I was satisified. Most of all they both had personality and it was a pleasure to talk to both of them. The woman who answered the phone the first time I called and when I called back for service was also very polite. Overall, I am very satisified with AP Plumbing and would definitely call back if I have a need.
